This Zucchini Recipe is from one of our friends on Instagram, Chanell @ketoshell86 and she gave us permission to share. Now off to the recipe... Ingredients:1 Bunch of Green Onions3 Medium Sized Zucchini1 TBSP of Butter2 tsp Select Savory Seasonings, Mediterranean Dry Rub1/4 Cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese Directions:-Chop up the Green Onions-Cut the ends off of the Zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise and then slice then thin-Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium/high heat and saute the onion-As the onion starts to brown add the zucchini and cook for 10-15 minutes stirring every few minutes.-Sprinkle on the Select Savory Seasonings, Mediterranean Dry Rub and the Parmesan Cheese.-Once the Cheese has melted Serve and Enjoy!
