Beef Huevos Rancheros

Ingredients:
1 Pound of Ground Beef 
1 12oz Bag of Cauliflower Rice
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 TBSP Select Savory Seasonings, Mediterranean Dry Rub
1/4 tsp Select Savory Seasonings, Black Pepper
4 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar

Directions:
-In a greased medium skillet, brown the beef over medium heat and drain grease
-Cook the Cauli-Rice according to the directions on the bag and drain 
-Stir in the Cauli-Rice and Select Savory Seasonings Mediterranean Dry Rub and heavy cream
-Make 4 little pockets in the mixture and crack one egg into each pocket
-Sprinkle the Select Savory Seasonings, Black pepper on the eggs
-Sprinkle the cheese over everything
-Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the eggs are set/cooked to your likeness
-Serve and Enjoy!!
