Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers (Grilled, Baked or Neither)

15-20 Mini Sweet Peppers
6oz Cream Cheese  (room temperature)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Select Savory Seasonings, Ranch'tastic Seasoning
1/4 tsp Select Savory Seasonings, Smoked Sweet Paprika
(Feel Free to use other Select Savory Seasonings that you like)

-Cut the top off of the peppers
-clean out the seeds and veins
-Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and spices together
-Use a spoon to stuff the cream cheese mixture into the peppers
This is where you decide how you want to cook them, or not cook them:
-You can refrigerate these and eat them as is, or
-Bake them in the oven at 425 for 25 minutes, or
-Grill them over medium heat until done to your liking
-Serve And Enjoy!!
