Scotch Eggs


10 hard boiled eggs peeled

1 lb ground breakfast sausage

1 lb of ground beef

¼ cup crushed pork rinds

1 TBSP of Seasonings of your choice. I like to use Ranch Seasoning, or a BBQ Rub for Scotch Eggs



-Preheat the oven to 350F.

-Mix all of the ingredients together

-Divide the meat mixture into six sections. Wrap each egg in one section of the meat mixture making sure that there are no gaps.

-Place the prepared eggs on a baking sheet.

-When all the eggs have been made, roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Then turn them over, and roast for another 10-12 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
