Ranch'tastic Compound Butter
Ingredients:
-Wax Paper or Parchment Paper
-1 Stick of Butter (Room Temperature)
-1/2 to 3/4 TBSP of Ranch Seasoning
-Also try it with Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions:
-In a mixing bowl mix the stick of butter with the Ranch Seasoning until well blended
-Spoon the Compound butter onto a 6-8 inch wide piece of wax paper
-Shape the butter into a log shape using a spatula.
-Fold one side of the wax paper over the compound butter log and roll into a tube, shaping with your fingers outside the wax paper as needed. Twist the ends to seal.
-After it has been chilled and is firm firm, unroll and slice into 1/4-inch thick pats to serve on your Steak, Fish, Turkey, Veggies or most anywhere else that you would use butter

Compound Butter is butter that has been mixed with seasonings and spices. It usually is formed into a log, refrigerated until firm and sliced to serve on foods.

To enhance the flavors of other foods. Compound butter is great for grilling steak, for turkey and for fish and it is Great on veggies!
How Long Does Compound Butter Last?
Compound Butter can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, preferably in a sealed container (the wax paper roll may be sealed in a plastic zipper top bag). Or it can be frozen for two months. If freezing, allow it to thaw before using.
