Pork Chop Parmesan

egg scrambled
1/4 cup Pork Panko or Pork Rinds run through a blender or food processor
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick (4 to 5 oz each)
1 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp Select Savory Seasonings, Select Pizza Seasoning
1 Jar of Marinara Sauce (Low Sugar)
2 Slices of Provolone Cheese per pork chop
-Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
-Combine the Parmesan Cheese, Pork Rinds and Select Pizza Seasoning
-Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture and then coat with the Parmesan Cheese Mixture
-Heat the oil in a 12" skillet, Add the pork chops and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown then place in the baking pan
-Put a slice of Cheese on each pork chop
-Pour the Marinara Sauce on the pork chops & cheese
-Place a second slice of cheese on each pork chop
-Bake for 13-18 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle (145 degree internal temp)
-Serve and Enjoy!
