Poor Man's Low Carb Lasagna

Ground Beef, Recipe -

Poor Man's Low Carb Lasagna

-1 pound of ground beef 
-1 pound of breakfast sausage or ground italian sausage
-1 Cup of Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
-1 Cup of Marinara Sauce (such as Rao's)
-2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese
-4oz of Cream Cheese (cut into small cubes)
-1 TBSP Select Savory Seasonings, Select Pizza Seasoning

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Brown the Ground Beef & Sausage together and then drain the grease
-Mix all of the ingredients together (except 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese) and pour into a large casserole dish or over safe bowl.
-Sprinkle the extra 1/2 cup of cheese on top of the meat mixture
-Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes
-Serve and Enjoy

    Hi Evelyn,
    Our Savory Italian Seasoning has no Red Peppers in it (like the Pizza Seasonings does). It just has rosemary, basil, oregano, sage and marjoram. You may also want to try our Mediterranean Dry Rub which has the following ingredients: California garlic, thyme, black pepper, rosemary, lemon peel, oregano, basil and sage.

    I love your seasonings but the pizza and Italian seasoning have too much heat from red peppers. Could you make another version as well for wimpy old people? I pick out half of the red peppers before cooking.
