Pan Fried Zucchini Chips
2 medium, zucchinis, sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds
1/3 cup crushed plain pork rinds
2 TBSP Select Savory Seasonings Bomb'tastic Bagel Seasoning
1 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Savory Italian Seasoning
1 large egg
2 TBSP Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
To Taste: Sea Salt Fine and Select Savory Pepper Instructions:
-Crush the pork rinds with a blender or in a zip lock bag with a rolling pin.
-In a bowl, combine the crushed pork rinds, Bomb'tastic Bagel Seasoning and Savory Italian Seasoning.
-In another bowl, beat the egg with pinch of the Sea Salt Fine and Select Savory Pepper
-In a large skillet 1 tablespoon of olive or avocado oil on medium high heat. Add more oil as you cook the zucchini in batches
-Dip each zucchini slice in the egg wash then dredge in the pork rind mixture, lightly pressing crust ingredients onto the zucchini.
-Cook in the heated skillet for 1-2 minutes, then flip flip over and cook another minute.
-Cook the zucchini in small batches
-Serve and Enjoy with some homemade Ranch Dip made with our Ranch'tastic Seasoning
