Low Carb Beef Stew

 

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Stew Beef

2 TBSP Avocado Oil or Olive Oil

2 Cups Beef Broth

16 oz. Bacon Cooked and Chopped

1 Can: 14.5 oz Can Cut Green Beans

1 Can: 14.5 oz. Diced Tomatoes (Drain the Juice)

2 Bunches Red Radishes

4 oz. Fresh Mushrooms Chopped

(Optional) 1 Medium Carrot Pealed and Chopped

2 TBSP. Bragg Liquid Aminos

2 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Sea Salt

1.5 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Select Savory Pepper

1 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Select Ground Allspice

1 tsp Select Savory Seasonings California Granulated Garlic

1 tsp Select Savory Seasonings California Granulated Onion

1 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Mediterranean Oregano

 

Directions: (cook on Low for 6-8 Hours)

-Cook the Bacon: I prefer to cook the bacon in the oven on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes

-Brown the Beef Stew in a large skillet in the Avocado Oil. After the meat is browned place it into the crock pot

Prepare your Vegetables (and Bacon):

-Drain the Can of Cut Green Beans

-Drain the Can of Diced Tomatoes

-Peal and Chop the Carrots

-Slice and Chop the Mushrooms

-Cut the Greens and the tips off of the Red Radishes and then cut the Red Radishes into quarters

-Chop the Onion into 1" Pieces

-Chop the Bacon

-After all of the veggies and bacon have been chopped place them in the crock pot

-Add Spices to the crock pot

-Pour the Beef Broth in the crock pot and mix everything together

-Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

 

-Serve and Enjoy!!
