Keto, Low Carb, Carnivore Soup (Zuppa Toscana)
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Italian Sausage
1 lb. Thick cut bacon
1 lb. Diced ham
4 Cups Chicken broth
4 Cups Heavy cream
3 TBSP Select Savory Seasonings Garlic Herb Seasoning
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
If Desired: small diced onion and/or three cloves of garlic
-You can use other meats if desired such as cooked chicken or meatballs in place of the above meats.
Instructions:
-Cook the bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels and let cool
-Cook the onion and garlic in the bacon grease (if using them)
-Cook the ground Italian Sausage
-Combine all ingredients (except the cream) in a large pot and heat on medium for 20-30 minutes until the liquid is starting to roll.
-Add the heavy cream about five minutes before serving.
-Spoon the soup into bowls and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and Enjoy!
OPTIONAL Crockpot:
You can also combine all of the ingredients (except the cream) in a crock pot and heat on High for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours and add the cream about 10 minutes before serving.
