Keto Hamburger "Helper"
-2 pounds of Ground Beef
-1 package of frozen Cauliflower Rice (cooked according to the package)
-1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
-1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or your favorite cheese)
-1 TBSP of Select Savory Seasonings, Ranch'tastic Seasoning
-Cook a few slices of bacon and mix in with everything else
-Use another Select Savory Seasonings to change things up a little
-Brown the Ground Beef in a Large Skillet over medium heat (drain the grease when done)
-While the beef is cooking microwave the Cauliflower Rice according to the package directions
-After you drain the grease from the beef combine all of the ingredients in the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted and well incorporated
-Serve & Enjoy!!
