Garlic Parmesan Biscuits
There are just some meals that need to have bread or a biscuit to go with them, such as the Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, Birthdays well you get the point. These bread and biscuit recipes are great additions to your special meal, and using fresh herbs and spices will make them tasted even better. These are best eaten on occasion.
Growing up it was a treat for us when we got “crazy” bread with our pizza. Mmmm, we Loved dipping the bread in the butter and parmesan cheese that was on the bottom of the bag. Now we can relive those days with this recipe, and the Fat Head Pizza recipe below.
-1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella (140 grams)
-2 Tbsp coconut flour
-1 Tbsp heavy cream
-1⁄4 tsp Select Savory Seasonings Savory Italian Seasoning
*Garlic Parmesan Butter (Make sure that when you mix the cheese into the butter that it makes a sort of thick paste.)
-2 Tbsp butter
-1-2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
-Select Savory Seasonings Garlic Powder or minced garlic to preference
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Melt cheese in microwave making sure to not overheat.
-Add egg, cream, and coconut flour.
-Add Italian Seasoning
-Knead your dough until the coconut flour/egg mixture is totally incorporated and roll out between two sheets of parchment paper. (If you have trouble with the dough reheat for 5-10 secs. until it easily comes together and is easy to roll out.)
-With a pizza slicer slice into strips (about 6 strips) and bake for 10-15 minutes on the parchment paper.
-Melt butter and mix with Parmesan cheese and garlic.
-Top with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.
