1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup almond meal or crushed pork rinds (pork panko)
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Cup Sugar Free Ketchup (optional)
1 TBSP Select Savory Seasonings Select Chop House Seasoning (or Select Savory Seasoning of your choice)
1/4 cup chopped onions
-Combine all ingredients for meatloaf and form into a round loaf. Pack it really well to ensure the meatloaf is firm and not mushy and place it into the crockpot.
-Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
-NOTE: You can mix all the ingredients and freeze it for another day, when it is time to cook it just place the frozen meatloaf in the crockpot, set it to low and let it cook until dinner
