Chicken Fried Chicken Alfredo
-2 Pounds of Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
-2 Cups of Ground Pork Rinds or Almond Meal
-2 Eggs Scrambled
-2 TBSP Select Savory Seasonings, Chimichurri Seasoning
-2 TBSP Avocado or Olive Oil
-6-8 Slices of Provolone Cheese
-Recipe for our Alfredo(ish) Cream Sauce
-After 35 minutes take the chicken out of the oven and pour the Alfredo(ish) Cream Sauce over the chicken and then place the provolone cheese on top of the chicken and cream sauce
-Put back into the over for 10-15 more minutes to finish cooking the chicken and to melt the cheese.
-Serve and Enjoy!
