Deconstructed Chicken Cordon Blue

6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs 
8-12 slices of ham; thin
6-8 slices of Swiss and/or provolone
1 cup Finely Grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBSP Select Savory Seasonings, Garlic Herb Seasoning
Select Savory Seasonings, Roasted Garlic Pepper (to taste)
2 Eggs; beaten

-Peheat over to 375 degrees
-Place 4-6 slices of ham on the bottom of the baking pan
-Dip each thigh in the beaten egg. Roll in Parmesan cheese and place in baking dish on the ham
-Sprinkle the TBSP of Select Savory Seasonings, Garlic Herb Seasoning on the chicken. 
-Cover the chicken with the Swiss Cheese
-Use the remaining ham to cover the cheese and chicken
-Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until browned and tender.

Dijon Cream Sauce:
Combine the following in a sauce pan and slowly heat until melted and creamy and then serve on your deconstructed chicken:
-1 Cup Heavy Cream
-1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
-1/2 cup of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
-1 TBSP of Dijon Mustard
