3 lbs ground beef

6â8 mozzarella cheese sticks

1 cup pork panko (crushed pork rinds)

2 large eggs

3 tbsp Select Savory Seasonings Bombâtastic Burger Seasoning
- Optional: BBQ Sauce or Buffalo Wing Sauce
đ„ Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the beef mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork panko, eggs, and Bombâtastic Burger Seasoning. Mix well until evenly combined. -
Shape the burgers:
Divide the beef mixture into 6â8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into an oval shape about œ inch thick. -
Stuff with cheese:
Place a cheese stick in the center of each oval. Carefully mold the beef around the cheese, shaping it into a hotdog-style log, fully sealing the edges so cheese doesn't leak during baking. -
Place on a baking sheet:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the stuffed burger dogs with space in between. (Coat each log with BBQ Sauce or Buffalo Wing Sauce) -
Bake for 35â40 minutes, or until fully cooked (internal temp 160°F) and browned on the outside.
