  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare the beef mixture:
    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork panko, eggs, and Bomb’tastic Burger Seasoning. Mix well until evenly combined.

  3. Shape the burgers:
    Divide the beef mixture into 6–8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into an oval shape about œ inch thick.

  4. Stuff with cheese:
    Place a cheese stick in the center of each oval. Carefully mold the beef around the cheese, shaping it into a hotdog-style log, fully sealing the edges so cheese doesn't leak during baking.

  5. Place on a baking sheet:
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the stuffed burger dogs with space in between. (Coat each log with BBQ Sauce or Buffalo Wing Sauce)

  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until fully cooked (internal temp 160°F) and browned on the outside.

  7. Serve:
    Enjoy on a low-carb bun, in a lettuce wrap, or just as-is with your favorite sugar-free condiments!
