Ingredients: Makes 2 Chaffles
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
tsp Ground Pork Rinds
tsp Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Herb Seasoning

-Heat your waffle maker. Dash Mini Waffle Maker works well
-Scramble the Egg with the Heavy Cream
-Add Garlic Herb Seasoning and Baking Powder and mix
-Add Pork Rinds & Cheese and Mix well
-Put half of the mixture in the Mini Waffle Maker and cook for 5-7 minutes
-Use plastic or rubber spatula to remove the chaffle and put the other half of the mixture in the waffle and cook 5-7 minutes.
-Serve and Enjoy


Other Options (instead of Garlic Herb Flavored):

-Dessert Chaffle: use Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice (in the fall)
