Carnivore "Hot Pockets"
-2 lbs Ground beef
-1 lb Breakfast Sausage
-2 TBSP Select Savory Seasonings, Select Pizza Seasoning
Your Favorite Hot Pocket, or Pizza Toppings/Ingredients
-Sliced Mozzeralla Cheese
-Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
-Mix the ground beef, breakfast sausage and Select Savory Seasonings, Select Pizza Seasoning
-Layout a large piece of parchment paper, and have a second piece the same size
-Put about 1/3 of the meat mixture on the parchment paper, cover with the second piece of parchment paper and roll the meat out to about a 1/4" thick.
-Once it is rolled out use a pizza cutter to cut the edges off so that you have a large rectangle
-Remove the meat from the outside of the rectangle and put back into the mixing bowl
-Cut the rectangle in half with the pizza cutter
-Fill each side with your choice of fillings. As you can see we did Ham & Swiss on one side and Pepperoni & Mozzarella on the other side. Do not put to much filling in because you need to fold the meat over and seal it.
-Grab the parchment paper and fold the meat mixture over the filling
-Fold the meat on the front edge over to seal the open end of the "Hot Pocket"
-Use the pizza cutter to cut the two sides apart and separate them
-Make sure that all four sides are sealed well
-Repeat this process until you are out of the meat mixture. I was able to get 6-7 of these out of the 2.5 lbs of the meat mixture
-Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or cook on the grill over medium heat until done. We cooked ours on the smoker at 350 for 25 minutes.
-Serve and Enjoy!!
