Big Mike Special: Buffalo "Wing" Ground Beef
Simple, Tasty Keto meals are my Favorite!! My friends Terri (sweeettangerine on instagram) and Andrew (bigmike80_ on instagram) shared this recipe. It really does not get any easier than this, and it is Full of Flavor!!
-1 lb of Ground Beef
-Blue Cheese Crumbles
-Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
-Pork Rinds (optional)
-Cook the Ground Beef in a large skillet with the Select Chop House Seasoning, drain grease when cooked
-Put a quarter of the ground beef on a plate or in a bowl
-Sprinkle Blue Cheese Crumbles on the Ground Beef
-Drizzle the Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce on the Ground Beef and Blue Cheese (as little or as much as you like)
-Our family really enjoys Pork Rinds so we will put a bed of Pork Rinds on the plate or in the bowl first and then put everything else on top. It is like eating keto nachos!! The picture shows the Pork Rinds on the side because I forgot to get them out and put them on the plate first...Oops.
