Bacon Wrapped (Smoked) Meatloaf

Bacon Wrapped (Smoked) Meatloaf is one of our family's favorite dinners. We usually cook it on the smoker but we also make it in the oven too.


-2.5lbs ground beef (or a mix of ground beef & breakfast sausage)
-8oz cream cheese
-2 eggs
-1.5 cups ground pork rinds
-2 tsp Ranch'tastic Seasoning
-2 tsp Savory Meat Seasoning



-Preheat oven to 400 degrees

-Combine everything except the bacon

-Make into a loaf and put into a pan

-Cover the loaf with the bacon

-Cook for 45 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160

-Serve and Enjoy
