1 lb ground beef (85/15 works great)

6 slices of uncooked bacon

1 tbsp Bombātastic Burger Seasoning

Optional: shredded cheese, diced onions, or jalapeƱos for stuffing

Toothpicks or skewers to hold shape
š„ Instructions:

Season the beef:
Place ground beef in a bowl and mix in Bombātastic Burger Seasoning. Combine well. -
Roll it out:
On parchment paper or plastic wrap, flatten the beef into a rectangle about ½ inch thick. -
Add the bacon:
Lay the bacon slices evenly across the beef. Add any optional fillings if desired. -
Roll it up:
Carefully roll the beef and bacon into a tight log (like a pinwheel). Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. -
Slice into pinwheels:
Slice the log into 1½ inch thick rounds. Secure each one with a toothpick or skewer to hold the shape. -
Grill or pan-fry:
Cook on medium-high heat for 4ā5 minutes per side, until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through. -
Serve and enjoy!
