Our Savory Wing Rub is Great for chicken and Buffalo Wings. It won't overwhelm your grilled chicken but it also won't lack for taste. While we prefer this as a rub for chicken it can also be used as a seasoning and can just be sprinkled on beef and pork for a unique flavor.
To use as a rub we recommend that you use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat. Sprinkle on the chicken and then rub the spice blend into the meat with your hands. Be sure to evenly coat both sides. Once this is done place in a resealable zip lock bag and stick in the refrigerator for at least four hours before cooking.
For best results we have found leaving it in the fridge for 24 hours before placing on the grill. This rub isn't just for grilling, it can also be used in a BBQ smoker, with a rotisserie or for baking in the oven!
Our Savory Wing Rub is an amazing mixture of paprika, smoked Mesquite salt, pepper, garlic, mustard and bay.
