Mississippi Chicken - Instant Pot
This recipe if from our customer @eat.laugh.smile on Instagram. Instead of making Mississippi Pot Roast she decided to try Mississippi Chicken!! It was a Hit!
-1 tbsp Olive oil
-2 pounds boneless/skinless chicken thighs
-1 8 oz jar pepperoncini peppers
-1/2 cup water
-2 tbsp @selectsavoryseasonings Ranch’tasic seasoning
-1 tbsp chicken flavored soup base powder
-1 stick butter, cubed
1. Put olive oil in the bottom of the inner pot of the pressure cooker. Layer in the chicken thighs.
2. Add all of the other ingredients and close the lid and lock it in place. Turn the steam release knob to the sealing position.
3. Press the Meat/Stew button, set timer to 30 minutes.
4. When the cook time is finished, let the pot sit undisturbed for 15 minutes - the pin will drop on its own. Open lid and serve
